Linden is a two-person bakery on a quiet block. Our starter is twelve years old and named Margaret.
We mill our own flour, source butter from a farm an hour north, and bake in batches small enough to fit on one tray.
We hold one country sourdough with your name on it. Pickup Fridays only.
